Accenture Named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for APAC Intelligent Automation Services
 
Singapore; July 12, 2021 — Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been recognised as a  leader in the inaugural IDC MarketScape: Asia/Pacific Intelligent Automation Services 2021 Vendor Assessment.
 
In the survey analysing 15 intelligent automation (IA) service providers in Asia Pacific, Accenture was evaluated positively for its "holistic, enterprise-wide approach to automation, premised on data-driven intelligence" that enables it to deliver IA solutions at scale in a flexible, seamless, and cost-effective manner. The company was also commended for its "functionality and offerings, delivery model effectiveness, customer service strategy and delivery, and innovation and R&D."
 
According to the report, Accenture was recognised for it’s AI-powered solutions that address C-suite objectives, with delivery capabilities that span the full spectrum of IA lifecycle services, and "an ecosystem of proprietary assets and IP that span the full spectrum of enterprise transformation services it provides to customers."
 
In addition, the IDC MarketScape noted Accenture’s ability to scale IA deliverables in a cost-effective way to provide customers with pricing flexibility in the APAC region.

IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model is designed to provide an overview of the competitive fitness of ICT suppliers in a given market. The research methodology utilizes a rigorous scoring methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria that results in a single graphical illustration of each vendor’s position within a given market. The Capabilities score measures vendor product, go-to-market and business execution in the short-term. The Strategy score measures alignment of vendor strategies with customer requirements in a 3-5-year timeframe. Vendor market share is represented by the size of the icons.
