With over half of Accenture’s Salesforce practitioners located within the region, and an estimated 2,200 people dedicated to local markets, the report says Accenture is at its best on large, complex transformation projects.

The Forrester report evaluated Accenture alongside 13 other Salesforce services vendors. Vendors were assessed against 23 criteria, which were grouped into three high-level categories. These categories included the current offering, strategy and market presence.
